Two generous donors are putting $5,000 in play to assist UIC engineering students of Philippine descent. Mr. Robert Kiamco and Dr. Benita Kiamco of the Philippine Engineers & Scientists Organization (PESO) are taking the lead to match donations, dollar for dollar, up to $5,000 with the goal of raising $10,000 for the UIC PESO Scholarship this calendar year. They hope to inspire others to help offset tuition expenses and create the next generation of new engineers. The deadline for gifts to qualify for the match is December 31, 2015.
